Based within one of our Retail stores, we’ll make sure you get the mentoring and training that’s right for you to help you achieve your Level 2 apprenticeship (Retailer Apprenticeship Standard) within 12 months.

And our Retail Apprenticeship will set you up with the knowledge, skills and qualifications to go on to become an expert Retail Adviser.

With vacancies in Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Luton, Essex, Ipswich, Central London, West London, East London, North London, Dartford. Starting salary £17,576 rising to £18,300 + bonus on completion of the scheme (after 12 months).



Who are we looking for? Well excellent service is all about communication. So our apprentices need to be great listeners, enthusiastic and motivated in everything they do. You’ll be a team player and have a real passion for making a difference, both in your store and in the wider business. And as it’s not a nine-to-five, you’ll need a flexible attitude to working hours.

You also need to be 18 years or over on 1st Sept 2017 and:

  • Have a minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grade G or above, or equivalent level qualifications
  • Have lived in the EU for 3 years or more and have the right to work
  • NOT already have studied a similar level apprenticeship
